Not Miserable (Video)

Cyclocross is ridiculously painful. Not simply uncomfortable, but tongue-wagging, leg-busting, lung-scorchingly dreadful. But that’s why we love racing ‘cross. See, the deep dark secret is that, despite the gasping and the cringing and the dry-heaving, we are all having the time of our lives while racing cyclocross. We aren’t miserable. At all. The only way to truly understand that, is to race. So, what are you waiting for? Race ‘cross and realize exactly why we aren’t miserable.

    This video is sweet!!!
It is pretty interesting to see how the course changed later in the day. I was in the first race and the track was much more packed down and much more dry.

    Love the video.

Why is it that cyclocross videos always suck me in with all the beauty and flow, and yet when I’m in it, that part gets forgotten because all I’m thinking about is ways to keep my heart from exploding? Awesome video! The low angle barrier shot is sweet! And great soundtrack, too!
