So, what do you guys eat? What are your favorite breakfasts, lunches, dinners? It seems like during the winter it is easy to just pack on the comfort foods. In the summer a bigplate of pasta always does the trick, but it becomes overkill in the cold months. I always enjoy a good sandwich. I Had some good ones this week, left over turkey, whole wheat bread, swiss cheese.
So divulge what you like to eat. Have any secret recipes thatyou are ready to go public with? Spill the beans, or at least bake them! I am looking for variety and you are called upon to provide it.
Anyone up for a ride on Saturday? Maybe a West Mountain or Saratoga Springs road ride? If the weather is good I will plan on it.
