I got out on a nice 2 hour road ride this morning. It was good to be on the bike, and not on the stair master. Temps were a bit chilly in the early going, but turned out to be perfect for a November ride. I did about 35 miles at an even pace. One thing I want to work on is drinking early and often while riding. I think I am probably only getting 1/2 to 3/4 the amount of fluids I need during excersize. Today I tried to drink more often, and did pretty well with it for most of the ride. This is just one step in the quest to fuel my body better during rides and races.
